As a member of PayNoExcess.com you will be entitled to the following in the event of an accident :
Fully managed claim handling
Dealing with Insurance companies can be stressful but don't worry - we can do this for you. We will call your insurer and arrange all the necessary estimates, claims and paperwork. You will be appointed an Account Manager who will be your single point of contact throughout your claim.
Replacement vehicle
We will ensure that you are kept mobile until your vehicle has been repaired. We will deliver a courtesy vehicle to your home or place of work and if the accident is deemed to be the fault of the third party, then we will provide a replacement vehicle on a like for like basis.
Vehicle repair
One of our approved bodyshops will deal with you insurance company and ensure that all estimates are carried out and approved with the minimum of fuss. Your vehicle will then be repaired and delivered back to you free of charge.
Personal injury management
If you are injured as a result of your accident, we will put you in touch with one of our personal injury lawyers who will handle your claim and ensure you receive the maximum in compensation.
No Excess even if the accident was your fault
We will pay the first £200 of your insurance excess. If your insurance policy has an excess of more than £200 then you simply pay the difference.
